Great for someone with high arch. These are firm and hold up well. Not ideal for someone who's looking for soft inserts though

Life savers
These are so much better than the green firm ones. I have high arches and plantar fasciitis. They feel so good in my shoes with the great sturdy support but hug my footbed and heels at the same time. Highly recommend.
