The cards are a great addition to your workout guide. The best thing about the cards is that it comes with preset workout routines but also give the opportunity to design your own workout routine. Simply chose the area you want to focus on, choose the number of cards you want and voila---you have a great routine!

Please see the resistance levels of each band below to see if they would be suitable for your needs: Extra-Strong Black Band (with pink stripe): This band adds up to 98 lbs (44kgs) of resistance. Hard- Black Band: This band adds up to 49lbs (22 kgs) of resistance. Medium- Pink Band: This band ads up to 32lbs (13.5kgs) of resistance. Light- Gray Band: This band ads up to 24lbs (11kgs) of resistance.

Which color band is light tension?

The strength od the bands are as follows: Gray - Light Pink - Medium Black - Strong Black and Pink - Extra Strong The strengths of the bands can also be found on a tag inside of the bands.

Are these bands usable for seniors as well?

Well I'm not sure what you mean by a senior but there are three different sizes... So if you are just starting out I don't know how active you are... But if you're a very beginner you can find the band loops that are kind of made out of like some kind of rubber which work good too if you're just starting out
