I couldn’t find these until just the other day my husband found them and these are great! I am trying to grow my glutes and these have like every exercise you can do with booty bands to help maximize your glute growth. It even gives you combinations of exercises to warm up and to actually do a couple really good workouts. It also tells you how many reps whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. In addition to that it also gives you ideas to totally burn out your glutes.

Great cards! The carrying case is also upgraded to a semi-rigid zipper case. I also got the arena strength fabric resistance bands. I tried the warm up and lower body burn routines and they were excellent. I hope these continue to motivate me to workout!

I was able to put together a good workout.

My only issue is that they didn’t come wrapped and were out of order. I felt like maybe they were returned. So I took one star away

Didn’t get to review when I was using them since I worked so much and used my little bit of free time when kiddo was asleep to work out but I definitely started to notice a difference! Just had my second baby and just found the cards again (we just moved recently) so I’m very happy these are around and not in storage. Totally worth the buy and want to check out some other decks

I love it! When you have trouble being motivated all you have to do it look at the cards and copy. Quality of cards are strong. It’s worth the price and fun to use.

If you are resistance band training, these cards are a great tool to help. There are a variety of cards for each area you are working out. You can see exercise and get the steps to complete them. You can mix and match the cards to get the workout you are looking for. You can decide how many exercises you want to do in your workout. You can do upper body, lower body, core or a combination. This ability to build your own routines and change them, helps to d keep you from getting bored.

Actually, yess these are nice card for training. Very good quality and durable. But the exercice …. Especially for the booty card, lot of them looks the same with a small difference…. Although, i do like the routine that they propose. Guess it can help people who dont know how to start. Also, you absolutely need to have a resistance band. There is no exercice without. So, theses cards not worth the 35$.
