Made for Amazon Extension Cable, 6' Length, for Echo Show 15 (Gen 1, 2021 & Gen 2, 2024 Releases) and Echo Show 21.

While intentionally made "necessary" for an accessory, it should work fine... but it'll probably make me scowl every time I notice it.A separate $13 cord that's essentially necessary for half or more of the Show 15 customer base and it's treated as a delayed accessory... A horrible way to treat customers, especially at Christmas.

I'm sorry to say I agree with TIM in his December 17 review: this should have been included with the very expensive Echo Show15. We shouldn't have to spend more money for something that should have been included in our original purchase.

Here's my one and only issue...this absolutely should not be necessary. Seemingly everyone who purchased an (expensive) Echo Show 15 was then forced into purchasing this extender which begs the question why it wasn't included to begin with but I suppose that is a knock on the echo show not this product. So 5 stars it is for doing exactly what it promised to do however my Echo Show 15 review will be adjusted accordingly.

Well I agree with the other reviewers,why do we have to pay more for a cable that should have been with the show 15,AND then have to wait so long after receiving the the show15 to get the cable..

A needed cable to increase the length of the power cable that ships with the Echo Show 15. I think this size cable should be included with the product.

This should have been included with the very expensive show 15, the fact that I had to pay an extra $12.99 sucks and the fact the cable keeps getting delayed makes me what to return the show.

It was easy to connect

We have a funny layout in the bedroom; the wall sockets are nowhere near the sides of the bed. I hate having 3-pin extension leads everywhere. This is the solution. I, can now have my Show 8 at the side of the bed by running this discreetly along the skirting.

It’s a very well made cable but that all it is a cable. £12.99 is way too expensive when it could have been included in the first place. If you can find the same socket you could build a longer cable yourself with a soldering iron. With this though at least you have piece of mind with the quality.

Purchased this to be able to mount my Echo Show 15 where I want as the supplied cable is dismally short.I don't see an issue selling this product but the original device should be supplied with a cable that suits most needs in the first place.Quality wise, it's as good as the original cabling supplied with Amazon products. The cable doesn't look too obtrusive (except for the eyesore connection point).Price wise, go to a hardware store (or Wilko, B&Q etc) and buy a single plug extension socket for around a third of the cost. It'll be the same colour, do the same job, be just as effective and you can choose the length of cable you need whilst saving money.

Overpriced .. should be a fraction of the cost or come with the top of the range Echo Show !!!
