Eye Makeup Game Changer
I am a makeup rebel and attack my palettes, liners and mascaras with a vengeance. Not only do these totally protect from shadow fallout, but they serve as a perfect template for lower lid application, as well as serious Smokey eye looks.Application: I only use the top strip of the adhesive and never remove the bottom half. (see photo of back and front of shields below.) I press firmly, but gently into place. You do not need to apply pressure, as if you were placing a stamp onto an envelope. I gently peel off when done and rarely even see the slightest of makeup disruption. If so, I just lightly tap my under eye area with whatever powder is left in my setting powder brush.Cost: These are extremely cost effective, when purchased through Amazon, as opposed to the company website. I get two uses out of each set. Some may get more, but I heavily moisturize my entire eye area twice a day. I am sure this has an effect on the stickiness of the adhesive.Advantage of this brand: This is the second brand that I have tried. Although, I like both, I find that the shape and size of these is more conducive to a total eye look. The shields extend from the lower inner corner of my eye to the outer corner of my brow. This addresses any need I may have, when being creative and needing a guideline. I felt the other brand had a straighter edge and was more suitable for someone only wanting a template to do a winged liner.Down side: You are supposed to receive an e-book with your purchase. I did not receive a link. However, Amazon customer service credited my account a certain percentage to offset this.Final thought - These have been added to my Holy Grail Makeup collection list. If you find them to be too sticky, I would suggest applying a bit more eye cream, tapping them on the back of your hand a couple of times first or only using the top half of the adhesive.

Great, better than the “original”!
I like that they keep me from going crazy with my eyeshadow, rather, they keep my eyeshadow from going crazy all over me. For that purpose, they work brilliantly. If I take all stickers off and press them against my palm a few times, they feel much more comfortable. Unlike the “real” brand, when I take them off, they don’t hurt and pull out lower lashes, again, if I use precautions listed above. The “real” or “original” ones don’t lose their ability to bind to the skin (or hair) easily. I can reuse them several times, and it can still be painful to remove. Not these. I can reuse them, but they don’t hurt to peel off. I like the curve of them when placed properly. It’s not too difficult to get both sides equal... just start at the outside where you want them lined up with your brow end, and use a mirror to see that the other side looks similar. These are winners!!! And at the price point, these win, hands down.I hope this is helpful!

Great quality
Other brands didn't stick to the skin. Even after applying face foundation. It's my favorite eye shadow shield.

They really work
The shields really work on catching the loose powder that falls on your face but the adhesion. Is to strong , when I went to take it off it pulled on my skin and made my skin all red under the eye ....I do Recommend them but I don’t know if I will peel the adhesion off of

Way too sticky - more like shipping tape
These absolutely don't need to be so very adhesive. They'll pull off *any* undereye makeup you have on, and irritate the undereye skin. I may try another commenter's advice about only using a portion of the adhesive strip, but cutting with scissors kind of defeats the purpose of a fast way to catch fallout.Other than that they are great. I am using these by just holding them under my eye like a guide, but I'll be using a different moisturizing under eye patch.

Very handy for putting on my eye shadow in a neat and tidy manner.

I hate them
These suck. They stick to your face fine but getting them off after is like ripping off skin. I used once and never will again. Under eye skin is sooo thin and delicate- using these is sure to cause wrinkles.

Sharp lines
These work great, the only issue is when you go to pull them off it feels like your skin is being pulled off as well. What I have found works best for me is I first put them on the back of my hand and than around my eyes. They will definitely give you a sharp line and I love that. If you happen to be using a shadow that has a lot of fall out these would protect for makeup however when you go to take them off the makeup comes also. I do my face makeup after my eyes so it hasn’t been an issue for me.
