TF tru FIT Luxury Tailor Made Premium Car Dicky Boot PVC Trunk Mat for Volkswagen Taigun, Black

I had been trying to get my hands on the Taigun’s boot mat for over 2 months. Repeated let down from the dealership made me turn to 3rd party vendors who craft such boot mats.Trufit was the first vendor on amazon who launched their boot mat for VW Taigun. Looking at the cost difference between the oem boot mat and Trufit’s boot mat- buying from Trufit seemed like a definite win win.My initial thoughts on their boot mat:1. Quality- thickness is about 1.8mm which is pretty good enough for a boot mat. Also, the material used seems durable with proper use. Do note that Its a soft feel mat (probably pvc) and not the typical all rubber mat. Thus, be a little bit cautious while dealing with razor sharp objects in your trunk/boot.2. Practicality- use of velcro to stick with the existing fabric mat on the boot makes it a very easy to align. This also ensures that the boot mat stays aligned even when we drag luggages over the boot mat3. Cost- At it’s existing price of 1900, I would say that the mat is value for money4. Fitting- The boot mat fits 99% as expected. There are minor creases formed but again it’s a boot mat at the end of the day. So, not over engineering the fit and save costs on craftsmanship seems like a sensible option to me.Ps: the creases tend to reduce after regular usage, owing to the luggage weight.Overall- I would definitely recommend this product to someone who wants to protect the existing fabric mat of their Taigun with a more rugged and waterproof mat from Trufit.

The quality is ok.

Good looking quality product fits perfectly, some creases are there dur to packing but that may be removed in due course.

After buying this I did realise why one should always go with original accessories…
