Viable seeds and decent value
These seeds are viable--in other words: They sprout and grow. How well they grow depend on how well you take care of them and if you are willing and able to give them what they require. Most importantly, they need 10 hours of light each day--either natural or a grow light. The simple instructions provided on the back of the bag suggest that you use a shallow grow tray with seed-starter potting mix. Use a spray bottle to keep the soil moist. The bag itself has a decent zip-lock feature that is strong enough to hold well, even with repeated open/close.Don't get excited about the claim that they provide good online and offline guides. It is generic info that is easily found online anywhere. Unfortunately, while their website looks sophisticated, it is actually quite basic, not detailed, and not specific to microgreens or the variety of ways microwaves can be grown. Not specific to area, nor to growing seasons.I don't have room for trays, nor do I have a convenient place to set up a grow light. So, I'm trying the technique I found online using mason jars with a screened lid. Now that Spring is coming, I think I'll start getting better results. It is an interesting hobby, but you do need free time to do it right. And you need space. There is planning involved and you need to work around animals, a variety of working spaces, access to water, lighting, etc.

Don't Waste Your Money
On my second bag and after two attempts nothing is sprouting. First bag wasn't great either, but thought I'd give the product another try, Go buy some Todd's Broccoli Seeds instead.

surprising seeds
I used these on an aquarium lid with baskets and clay balls. They grew extremely well in the aquarium water. The seeds that fell down through the baskets continued to grow completely submerged in water. I was surprised. I have also grown them in a water and water soluable fertilizer mix in clay ball media. They have a peppery type taste. They taste alot different than any other microgreen i have grown. I like the different flavors and this one I keep in the rotation to mix up the flavors.
