Where does the moisture in your breath go? Does it drip on to you?

I never had any moisture drip on me. The face cover is removable and partially rigid. It sets slightly away from your nose and mouth so moisture does not really collect anywhere. The sides of the face cover are cloth with some Velcro to fix it to the hood. I convoyed for an hour and 30 minutes while exposed out of the hatch of a track vehicle in South Korea this past December. The hood did an awesome job and didn't fog my goggles.

I have a 7 3/4 hat size. Is this large enough to be comfortable? Thanks

Yes it is. I'm a 7 1/4 & still have plenty of room & its comfortable. Plus the face mask is fully adjustable so you won't have any problems.

does it keep you from breathing in cold air?

Don't think so, but I returned mine because it was too small. Wasn't cold enough last fall to test. Good luck.

Anyone have suggestions for cleaning the face mask?

I use the wipes that you clean your hands with.
