I love these salt lamps
I love these salt lamps! I received one for Christmas and then purchased two more. :) This one has an off/on switch that I tuck behind my computer so it's easy on/easy off every day. I read reviews about the bulb being too bright and I agree. The 15w is way too bright so I purchased 7w bulbs at the hardware store and they're perfect for a soft glow.

Holy crap ya'll. When the lamp arrived we put it on the dresser in our bedroom right under our mounted TV. Every single night since we've had the lamp we've slept crazy deep. I attribute the heavy slumber to the lamp...my boyfriend is more of a skeptic. We sleep with it dimmed really low and it emits the most perfect, cozy glow that does not disturbs us. Directions say to put it near TV's or any electronics that emit disturbing ions so that's what we did. When I was setting the lamp up it came off of the base but it was fixed easily. I wish the base was a little more sturdy and attractive. It's just naked wood. I've been recommending the lamp to all of my friends!

I love this! I went to a Himalayan salt cave and it was an amazing experience. I go all the time now. I wanted to bring in a salt lamp into my home and see if my family to an extent felt the same benefits. We use it 24/7. This is affordable and I plan on buying more for the other rooms in our house. It’s also visual appealing and is a conversation starter in my home.

Very beautiful however the wiring is finicky and sometimes you have to fiddle with it or the light flickers. My son uses it as a night light-can't say whether or not the alleged healing properties work but, he sleeps well and he likes that it's not a "baby light" and rather a 6 year old approved light source. This is heavy though so, keep that in mind when purchasing.

It’s ok.....
My salt lamp arrived as though it had been opened and returned by another customer. The box was very damaged and there was one tiny piece of bubble wrap used as protection. I’m giving it as a gift this week, so I would have appreciated a nicer box. Given the condition of the box and that it was already opened, I plugged in the lamp to see if it worked. It does, but the dimmer switch needs to be turned all the way before the lamp lights up at all. Not sure if that’s how it was designed. The salt is pretty, but it’s more white than pink. Hopefully it works well for the person I bought it for. If not, I’ll return it for her.

Two sides completely flat and bare exposed electrical wires.
This arrived with the power cord almost completely sliced through where it exits the base. The wires were exposed. Also, the lamp is completely flat on two sides. This doesn't look good; no matter which way you display it, you get to see the flat sides of it. The picture, and every other rock salt lamp I have seen have jagged sides. Look at the product photo and imagine two sides completely flat.

Love it
You know when you see something in the photo of the description of the product and it's nice and big but when it comes in the mail it's a miniature?Not with this one. It's actually bigger than it looks in the photos.It's gorgeous. I love it.Just beware that it's really heavy.
