How much should I add for 25,000 gal inground pool?

Depends: algae issues? 1/3 bottle . I'm not an exact measurement guy. No visible algae? 1/4 bottle followed by few ounces 2-3 each week for "maintenance". LOVE this stuff.... When you pour in, the water where you poured will get cloudy, don't panic. You will also need to vacuum really well 2-3 days post adding the initial treatment. Watch your water start to "sparkle".....

Can I use this in a 350 gallon hot tub?

You should be able to, just have to leave the pump running longer. It start to kill on contact and takes about 30-45 mins before you can get in the water.

Do you have to vac the entire pool after puttin this in?

No vac needed This product is well worth the money I'm on my second year on my bottle. Algicide is a waste of money this stuff works and very concentrated
