Broken after 5 times
The machine broke after less than two months of use, around 5 times. It has completely stopped working and is no longer usable. I want a refund.

2 years of use, more than happy!
I decided to give it a try, to buy this product from Moongiantgo, because they have a very friendly customer service, high rating, and, as a result, I was happy with my decision. I wish it can make the finest powder from lets say Reishi muchrooms more quicly, it takes more time, around 10working times, 4 min each time. Anyway, 6 starts!! Thank you!

Super dangerous- I was electrocuted by this and could have died. It should be recalled from USA mkt
This is not UL certified. It has that just made yesterday burning rubber smell but has a solid feel out of the packaging. Well, as soon as I plugged it in and touched the handle and the lid at the same time I was electrocuted with sufficient recoil to almost hit the floor. I feel Like it was a brush with death as this could’ve stopped my heart. I am not permanently injured at all but Amazon needs to recall this and it should be banned from the US market immediately.

Awesome machine. Awesome support.
So far the machine has been grinding very well and only having to run for 30 seconds. I also had some questions for customer service and they were extremely responsive and very helpful. Happy with my new grinder.
