It says on the package that the tea is organic without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides whatsoever.

Where is the best before date? I purchasd this last year and theres no date on the pack?

How much do I use not sure how to measure 3 grams in a spoonful?

I've never measure just use an instinct. One teaspoon-full and small cup works for me. Just try first and adjust to your liking.
