I injured my neck multiple times as a child, from whiplash when a truck rear ended my mum with me in the back seat, through to falling out of trees, off my bike breaking my limbs, and injuring my neck, through to having a pool accident where I was swimming underwater, was coming up as I'd reached the other end, just to have approx 70kg of cousin do a "bomb" into the water, and both our fathers witnesses it, pulling me from the water expecting to at best have a quadriplegic on their hands. Thank God I didn't have my neck broken but 20+ years on and after 7 of those years in the army, having to keep our heads still whilst on parade or marching, my neck is now easily injured, to the point I wont go GO Carting, something I love, in fear that one more whiplash could literally mean life quadriplegia, if I sustain one more whiplash.I brought this as my neck does ache quite substantially, I have crepitus (cracking) that can be heard by others around me.Laying on this cushion the first time was just heavenly.As per the instruction manual, starting off morning and evening for 5 minute intervals has helped settle the aching - without Panadol.Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not sure yet, am using every day, so far no improvement, am waiting for physio app,will keep trying, sometimes these things take time,
