It's a cheap humbucker that works
It's the cheapest new humbucker I could find, and it works. Quality wise, you get what you pay for (maybe a little more). My stock v8 bridge pickup on my Ibanez sounds a bit better than this one (bought this for a squire strat that had a broken humbucker). For players that like the heavy sounding metal palm muting, you may want to look for a better pickup.Mine arrived with one of the mounting tabs seriously bent, and it took a few minutes with pliers to make it right. The mounting screws were just barely too wide to fit through the humbucker mounting bracket, so I used the old ones. The packaging isn't great, but who cares. All in all, good for the money, but for people who want a chugging humbucker, you're gonna have to open up your wallet a bit wider.

Awsome
Nice pickup. Wax potted, 15K ohms DC resistance. I dont know how its sounds for guitar, since i put it in the bridge of my ibanez bass. Wired it up for series - parallel, sounds awsome!!

Bright and medium output
This pickup is awesome! Super impressed. Less output than a Super Distortion but higher than the stock Epiphone humbucker it replaced. This pickup has a lot of treble; not harsh but pleasant. Not a dark pickup. It reminds me a lot of a 57 classic, really. Definitely less midrange, but that might also be the plywood body of the LP Jr.

Fell apart
I was hoping 4 something awesome. With all positive reviews. I installed pickup went to u just pole pieces and they literally fell out of pickup. There was no threads they just pushed right out 😐.

Be sure to follow the Musiclily wiring diagram
I originally missed the wiring diagram posted here on Amazon - it was not sent with the pickup, so I just guessed - and it does NOT follow the wiring for a Dimarzio, in case you are wondering. I have reposted it here so you can see the proper way to wire it. So far I am pleased with the sound - the pickup is pretty hot, so be aware of that. Recommended if you are ready to rock out with that bridge pickup on 10. For me, this replaced a stock humbucker pickup on a 2002 Squier Bullet Special. Works like a charm.

Perfect for my needs
Installed this in a Peavey Raptor HHS so I could have a pseudo-strat sound with the single coil bridge pickup. Easy to install, and works great. Sounds at least as good as the stock humbucker that came in the guitar.

Amazing pickups for your money
This pickup was amazing. My guitar was around 7 years old and i thought it was time to upgrade the pickups since the sound was all muddy. These pickups made a huge difference to my sound and tone! They are loud and clear but still have a nice low end and plenty of high end. This was a big upgrade even though it was only around 12 dollars! Definitely would recommend!
