This is a really standing timepiece, very solid and with a romantic vintage halo. They sent it really quickly, nicely packaged and with all its certificates and warranties.

Service options are terrible. They do not stand behind product, and even though multiple numbers fell of the faceplate, they will not service/repair, unless I can show proof of purchase with a receipt. Who keeps their receipts, for items other than large purchases.

This is a nice little watch for time-keeping, but the calendar does not keep up with the day. Also, the band was so cheap and short I had to replace it.

Looks Great
Just received the Victorinox Heritage watch, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The band is well made and fits very well, not too tight and not loose. It’s a 40mm, so somewhat small for most these days as the trend seems to be larger diameter watches, but I’m quite content with this. It’s a versatile watch that will go with any style and it’s Swiss made, so what more can I say. I highly recommend, for quality and style.
