The ring I ordered was too small. It was a really lovely ring though, so was disappointed It didn’t fit on thumb. I contacted the sellers asking for refund. They were very quick to respond and offered all options eg exchange for bigger ring or full refund. I went for the refund option and they very kindly then said i could keep the ring and give to someone else who may benefit from it whilst still giving me a full refund. It’s a lovely ring and I shall pass it to someone I know you has smaller fingers and who has arthritis.

Third purchase as pleased with the product. Shame about delivery on this one. Tracking info wrong. Says customer agreed new delivery date. Nope, I was happy with progress. Says delivery by DpD. Nope it was Evri. Evri (relief driver) dumped mine and other parcels together at a wrong address at 15:16 GMT. When I tried to discuss with Amazon an hour later, support told me DPD delivering tomorrow 11 July and I should wait for it to turn up. Fortunately a kind person re-delivered to my address.

Looks very good just a shame too small

Nice ring, very hard so although its a bit on the large size, cannot bring the ends in to make smaller. Does catch in hair where the ring has a gap in it if you are not careful when running hands through hair. I don’t know if it is helping with the arthritis in my hands yet as its too early to tell.

The ring somewhat caused me headache day in and day out, I had to remove it to check if the magnets are the cause, and to my surprise it was! Im not trying to degrade the value of it, as I could be 1 in a million experienced this.

Have problems with thumbs. Eases pain so bought a second one. Obviously not going to heal totally but I find it helps.

Love the colour and its so comfy to wear, even forget I'm was wearing it.

I ordered this magnetic ring ages ago misplaced it and found it months later. Anyway not convinced the tiny little magnets actually do anything to help pain. Which is why I tried it. No easing of pain at all. Also so hard to adjust the fit,not easy to resize to your finger. Doesn't shape well,once you have bent it onto your finger. This is a family run business from,I believe America. But it's clearly evident the products are from China. And we all know about their products being made cheaply and sold for inflated nark ups,for max profit. Such a shame a 'family run' business just buys cheap products from China,and sells on from its business by the look of things. Too much is placed on use of naggers,I'm mot sure they work at all,or do anything.
