How long does the heat last? The description says 3hrs, is that true?. I have a small waist so will it wrap & stay comfortably in place?

Hi - this has been used almost every day and it gets really hot and stays hot for quite a long time -at least 2-3 hours -much much longer than a normal hot water bottle or wheat bag. The belt/strap is quite large but is secured with velcro so can be overlapped to fit - i guess you could also secure it with a pin or something if needed although we haven't had to - it fits a small older women quite well

How long is the guarantee for?

No idea - on our second one, it’s used daily and got a years use out of it before we started to notice it wasn’t staying hot as long. But given the amount of use it gets, more than happy with that!
