Mounting points for the screws didn't align with original water pump to mount to engine.

Stopped working after just 100 miles...
Bought this because of the excellent price and Amazon's blindingly fast delivery - my Skoda had gone into limp mode because the original pump had failed. The build quality looked fantastic, pretty much identical to the original, and fitment was straightforward. However, after just 100 miles or so, my car started misbehaving - the new pump was showing as faulty. After double checking wiring, connections, etc it was determined that this new pump had failed. An important drive coming up, I decided not to buy a cheap pump again, and ordered a much pricier Pierburg branded one elsewhere that has so far been faultless.I cannot fault Amazon's return process for the faulty pump.
