Does this device include the device length in the measurement

Does it display in fractions of an inch, instead of decimals? i.e. 1/4" instead of showing .25"?

yes it shows 16th of an inch as well as decimal increments. As far as I know you can't set the fraction to round up to a larger fraction. I would be interested to know if anyone has been able to set it to say...1/8 or 1/4" increments. I don't use 16ths in my drawings.

Can this unit be used in a vertical position
