Gouda Moon Cheese - I've been buying this stuff for years. However, either my tastes have changed or ... they've changed the recipe because I don't really care for the flavor any more. I don't think I can fairly 'rate' something like this on personal preference - thus the 5 star review. It's still great that it's just cheese - that are dried and shelf stable without too much scary stuff. Also, I might like the cheddar better now - the gouda is a bit odd tasting overall - a little sour I would say. I did buy a second bag just to be sure it wasn't a 'bad' batch. Nope. It was the same. So, not for me, but maybe ok for others. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. I also refuse to 'change' my review for a refund of a product I have given a poor review - and that is offered from time to time. It's a shame they phased this rating system out because it did help you see who has been around the longest and who is a trustworthy reviewer. I've been doing reviews for over 25 years with Amazon - over 6,200 reviews posted, those reviews have been viewed well over 50,000 times, including well over 26,000 likes. BOTTOM LINE: I pay for all my stuff, just like you do.

Ordered by mistake but glad I did! These are so tasty and cheesy. Good name good description but the price is to much for the little bag. I opened and closed them, desperate to save for later, for 10 minutes until they were gone 😡😭

First, I would like to say that I would be happy to delete this review if I could just get a refund for this product. I want a refund because: This is the most disgusting product I’ve ever put in my mouth! I spit it out. It hurt to chew, it tasted like chemicals. Tasted nothing like cheese. Has the crunchiness of stones and plastic. This is not food in my opinion. I will not put this in my compost bin. This is going into my hazardous waste bin. I’m afraid what small bite I just ate is going to harm me. Gross. Wasted my money on high hopes. Smells fetid.

Moon cheese. It's amazing! The crunch, the cheese, the EXPERIENCE. It's like eating the moon itself! I was craving these things for WEEKS! Thank you Moon Cheese for being available here on Amazon.

This is such a good snack especially if you’re keto or doing a low carb diet. The Gouda is the only good flavor in my opinion. The others are decent, especially like for a salad, but to munch plain Gouda is where it’s at. You’re welcome
