For women with bellies, do these roll or fall down constantly?

From our knowledge they stay in place with very little rolling

Can you give guidlines for sizing? I am 110 lbs and only 4ft 11.5in tall

They hit just below the belly button. Size up I would say.

Do these have a fuller/longer front panel so needed for those sudden bladder leaks?

not sure what you mean, I use liner for my bladder leaks, they fit perfectly fine within the panel of the panties

I am 180 lbs what size should I get? Are they true to size?

When I was 200 pounds, I wore a 3xl. These run smaller than usual. Like 2 sizes smaller. I now weigh 150 now, and have only dropped to 2xl. Hope this helps you in any way. The plus side is that I've worn this exact style and brand for years. They are very pretty, comfortable, and they aren't flimsy. They DO NOT fall apart! I have only 1 pair with holes in them. Moth holes!! 😁
