I am so pleased with my Le Creuset shallow casserole pan. It is a pleasure to use, and cleans up really well. Great for on the hob and in the oven. Lovely curves so food doesn't stick around the edges, and nicely finished with no sharp joins.A well fitting lid so you can cook with a minimum of liquid. Heavy gauge so it doesn't need a high heat either. The handles stay cool enough to hold even when in "mid-cooking" mode.All and all an excellent item, you really do get what you pay for.

Love it!
Rather pricy but decided to treat myself and now I've got this pot I use it almost daily and wonder how I managed without it. Perfect size to use when cooking for two and I think nice enough to take to the table even For guests. A dream to clean. Couldn't live without it, everyone should have one!
