Saves a lot of foundation.....But if you've ever wondered what a "gimmick" is, here you have it. And, if ever you've wondered, "what would it be like to use a bra cutlet to apply foundation?", this product can answer that for you.Apart from size and shape, this literally is exactly like the silicone cutlets or heel protectors you've seen in the store. The good news is, its not really any more expensive than those (in fact, this is probably cheaper).Due to the completely sealed, slick and non porous surface, you don't waste any foundation. And if you use beauty blenders, or even brushes, you know how much foundation (and money) you wash down the drain every time you clean them. That's the kinda cool thing about this, but it's also no more effective than using a silicone spatula or the plastic film covering a jar of moisturizer would be. There is absolutely zero blending potential here. Nada. Nothing. But, if you want to feel that you've made a wise decision in buying this, it can be used to help move the appropriate amount of foundation around your face without wasting it before blending it with your fingers and sponge. Or you can just put them in your shoe if you need some extra cushion.

Back to Brushes...
I gave this three stars because of price point and it is what it shows in the photo. I am just not a fan all together, I am going back to using my brushes. That is just me, you might buy this and love the silicone feel/application, I was just trying out this concept and am not a fan.

A lot smaller than what is shown in the picture. But I think it works pretty well, easy clean up, and it doesn't absorb your foundation at all.

It's okay, but can live without
Nothing to write home about... It's okay. Doesn't do anything your fingers can't do. It applies the foundation smoothly but I haven't noticed any WOW factor. ;)
