I normally don't write reviews, but I am very impressed by this product along with the seller's great customer service. It is powerful and easy to use. Noise level is reasonable, style looks great. I got the 30-inch size since Dec 2023 and as of today 9/7/2025, still runs great like a clock. Recently my filters got damaged during cleaning so I had to reach out to the seller. The representative Jane was more than just helpful and she guided me through the entire process of getting my replacement filters that fit perfectly. I am very grateful for her service and satisfied with this product!

Looks great and works great. Easy installation.

the machine is a little bit too noisy. I do not like the blue bar keeps blinking when the fan is on. The space between the vent and the front edge of the machine is too much. If I put pots in the front of the stove, the vent does not cover the area so the steam or smoke is not sucked out by the vent. The one cooktop of the stove that I use the most is in the front. It is annoying. The machine looks good and price is fine. I missed my old machine. It had been worked well for almost 20 years. We were not able to find the same brand.

Main reason we picked this hood out of many others was its dual motor and fantastic 900 cfm exhaust. And we are not disappointed at all. When I installed it we could feel the power of this dual motors, great suction and even on the highest setting the noise is very acceptable. Remeber...2 motors, 2 fans and ONE high rpm, it has to be some noise, but results are very satisfying. We had a issue with oversensitive hand gueasture future, when the control panel was picking up all the motion from us walking by and changing the speed. I reached out to Nick and with his great assistance, and 3 days shipping I replaced the control panel for new, updated one with only 2 screws, and 5min later I was good and running with perfectly working control panel, updated by manufacturer eliminating over sensitivity as it was before. Thank you so much, Nick, for your patience and excellent customer service. Just a tip, try to fasten the unit to all of the points of instalation. That will prevent vibrating on on the highest speed. I only used few screws from the beginning and it was my mistake. Now, it's solid as a rock and no vibrations even on the highest speed. Overall, we are so happy with the hood that im about to buy another one for my getaway home in Poconos.

For the price, this is a sleek-looking range hood. Installation was pretty simple and straight forward. I wasn't able to verify its CFM but at the highest fan setting of 4, it feels and sounds strong. Definitely loud at the strongest setting. That being said, this unit is not perfect. There are small inconveniences for me but could be a deal breaker for some. As mentioned by other reviewers, the touchless sensors are very sensitive and there is no way to turn them off. If you have to access cabinets above, a taller person or wearing a hat, this will be a great annoyance. Would've been great to program a way to turn the sensors off. Another issue is the lights. Not sure if this is how it's supposed to function, but pressing the power off button at the end of your cooking does not turn off the lights. You have to manually turn off the lights after pressing the power button. Being a person of technology, it would be intuitive to press the power button to turn off the whole unit and not just the fan. Overall, still a good unit for the price especially for the CFM. If money wasn't a huge factor, I would consider looking for another range hood.

Installed during a remodel. Had a small warped area in the front from a misaligned rivet, but not worth the time to return for replacement. The 2- 2w LED lights could be brighter for my preference. The unit is heavy with 2 fans. Works GREAT. The first two speeds do an excellent job at a low noise level. The levels 3 and 4 are pretty loud, but boy do they pull. 900 cfm will keep the odors out of the house. Comes with a remote, but I don't use it. Good quality, mostly quiet, great value, better than what you see at the big box stores.

Very happy with this unit, very good quality at very good price = excellent value! Bought this unit two weeks ago, not super heavy, so very easy to install with second person’s assistance. Like the stainless-steel look, very contemporary. It’s very quiet while providing good air sucking power at speed 1. I will keep it at speed 1 for my regular cooking unless I do fry, this will make my daily cooking very pleasant and healthy. Superb support staff as well! I was trying to figure out how to control the dimming of the lights, the support representative Jane was so super fast to response my question (during the weekend), with clear explanation and a short video to ensure my questions are fully answered. I later had another question about oil catching pan question, again my question was answered right away. Confident on this product! And Like the support team!

It works amazingly well — the quality is excellent,and it fits perfectly into our range hood setup.I really appreciate how powerful it is,and the dual fan design not only enhances performance but also gives it a sleek modern look that complements our kitchen beautifully. Overall,I’m extremely satisfied with both its functionality and appearance.

Nice and sleek range hood but not as quiet as I expected but than again how quiet can they be. The fan pulls quite well and the light is very bright but adjustable. It also has a motion sensor if you prefer not manually pushing buttons as well as a remote which I find useless personally. I am very happy with it and the filters are easy to access and clean.

The product itself is excellent—it's very powerful and performs exactly as expected. The touchless feature is a great idea, but the user experience could be better. The instructions don't explain that you have to block both sensors with your hand within two seconds to make it work. I had to experiment to figure this out. Once I did, I found that I could turn the fan and light on by moving my hand quickly across the sensors. Repeating the motion in the opposite direction decreases the fan speed until it shuts off. However, the light remains on, and you have to press a button to turn it off. For a product marketed as "touchless," this is a significant oversight. A better design would allow both the fan and the light to be controlled by the sensors, making the product fully touchless and more successful.

I have talked to the supplier and their customer service rep offered a replacement or refund. We opted for the refund because my wife had gone shopping for another unit in a local appliance store where she could test the product in store before buying. Less sound and no vibration. I am happy with the customer service offering us a guaranteed replacement with an extended warranty. The original review read like this: It is a nice looking unit. Installed very easy. Taped the unit before caulking against the cupboard. BUT when I pulled the painters tape off the finish also came off where they bent the hood. Looks like the dies from the brake must have removed the stainless steel coating and they touched it up with paint that I was not aware of before install. It now shows a line of rust along the bend. Substandard quality. Also the fan cannot be used above 2 because the blade was not balanced and shook the cupboard so hard that it vibrated the flower cause right out of the cupboard above and broke on the counter (what a cleanup job). With the customer service that I received I would like to update my rating from 2 star to 5 star. I am sure they will get their quality control up to our standards very quickly. They cannot be faulted in supplier problems but needs to correct their quality control before releasing products to their customers.
