I've seen other reviews all over the place regarding this guy, both here and throughout the internet. So I was more than a bit apprehensive when I finally ordered him, being something of a completionist. After getting him in hand... He's not bad. Certainly better than I was expecting. He is far from the best of the SRC line, being a somewhat lithe and flimsy robot to begin with. But he is also a unique and distinct one. The split in half mechanic is kind of neat. It seems to hold together well enough for display and light photography. I wouldn't subject the figure to any major play.His biggest failings are actually when compared to the newer SRC offering. His twin component part robots Hyoryu and Enryu. The combined Choryujin form is seemingly smaller and lighter than the two robots that make him up. Also there are many detail differences between the two versions. Choryujin is decked out in gleaming Red and Blue metallic, while the brothers are each sporting non metallic base colors. His booms are different colors between figures. As a stand alone display figure Choryujin actually kind of pops. Good paint apps. Good sculpt. side by side with the other GGG bots he looks a little off.Articulation wise Choryujin is unremarkable bordering on mildly awful. A far cry from the astonishing things that some of the other SRC's can do. Especially since more complex moves or poses risk unzipping his vertical seam. He is further made more awkward by his hip mounted twin ladder/cannon booms. Although that is more a root robot design aesthetic issue than anything that Bandai did.His accessories are... well he has some. They are just a tad unexciting. 2 more mirror shield chest pieces each bigger than the last with the biggest being designed to perch on the end of the awkwardly extended ladders (so it looks like it shoots out from his crotch. ELEGANT AND CLASSY!) Plus some sort of awkward impossible to hold eraser 999 gizmo. The normal assortment of hands including one that will certainly fail to hold the eraser 999. A small stand to aid him in failing to hold the eraser 999 and some strange black pieces that I can only assume are used to support the magic crotch shield using a Tamashii stand (since they don't fit on the useless eraser stand and are the wrong color for it.)I know everything I have said above sounds harshly negative. But really he isn't THAT bad. He is actually a pretty cute pretty cool looking robot. He is worth it at a cheap price and is nice to finish up your GGG/Brave collection.

発売時点で最高の立体物だと思います！！個人的に勇者王ガオガイガーはサンライズロボアニメの中でも最高傑作のひとつだと思っているのでスパ金化は飛び上がるほどうれしかったですねー後続商品も続々と発売され最強勇者ロボ軍団勢ぞろいまであと少し！腰が回るのにに分割できるという仮面ライダーWのボーイズトイをブラッシュアップしたかのようなギミックを持っています。後続のプレ版限定商品の超高性能中華ロボのあいつらとシンメトリカルドッキングすることもできます！！ｗ

パッケージを開けて、分離状態で入っているのは驚きました後の発売予定である撃龍神とのシンメトリカルドッキングを考えた作りなんでしょうね（流石に幻竜神・強龍神と個別に出されるとお財布的に厳しいところがあります）真っ二つになった状態からでも腰が回転するのは凄いと思います、ただこの作りの弊害で干渉する部分も多いです肩アーマーが大きすぎる為腕があまり上がらない、腰のカバーも干渉するため足を広げられない、他のスパロボ超合金にあるような足首の引き出し機構がないため接地が不安定イレイザーヘッド、ミラーシールド３種、ダブルトンファーと付属品もやや少なく感じますこれなら勝利の鍵セット１の様にＳＰパックとクライマー１を同時発売にしても良かったのではと思いましたグリグリと動かせて丈夫・値段も手ごろと嬉しいのですが、やはりプレイバリュー・ボリュームに欠けています

超龍神は、当時結構人気だったのか青い方しか買えなかったのも懐かしい思い出。タカラのモノより小さい印象だけど、コレは手の中にイイ感じ収まるサイズとコノ重量感ｗやばいｗｋｔｋが止まらないｗなんていうか超龍神に限った事ではないけど、このスーパーロボット超合金シリーズ。他の商品も欲しくなる魅力が詰まっているｗ兄弟が各々単体でロボになるギミックは無いけど、この劇中プロポーションはカッコイイ。でもって他のスパロボ超合金シリーズは、あんまり知らないけど…この可動は良いモノですねｗ間接が多いので、カッコイイポーズがビシバシ決まる、だから結構遊べるｗプレミアムバンダイの特殊兵装備は欲しくなかったけどｗ今後発売される、黄色と緑の兄弟ロボも絶対欲しくなるｗスパロボ超合金シリーズの入門編としてもオススメしたくなるアクションフィギュアだと思います。当然☆５で満足。
