Great punching bag
Bought this for my 3 year old nephew even though it's bigger then him works perfectly. Has 3 inflatable compartments base doubles as water support.Product is very sturdy and can handle a beating kids have jumped on it and still holding together.Only negative is Removing water plug also releases air in base so need to add water before filling base.

Its cool for a quick workout
I like that you can use it for multiple purposes kickboxing and just boxing. You do have to be careful and not hit extremely hard ( but I think that's due to loss of air in it). But overall not bad. Helps with frustration and exercise
