I owned a brown Minnetonka hi-top boots with the fringes in U.S. size 7, because I usually wear size 7, but it fitted more like a size 8. Because of this experience, I figured I'd order U.S. size 6 from Amazon. It came in with the usual white Minnetonka shoebox. The size 6 Belize Sandal was perfect around my ankle, front of toes, heel, everywhere. Soft, cushioned sole. Soft, suede leather upper.My experience with the Minnetonka brand is order 1 size down. But everyone's feet differs, so I'd recommend you try it on at a Nordstrom or a shoe store before purchasing.They're really cute fashion-wise. I get compliments on them. They only look best when they're a perfect, close fit to your ankles and feet. Rubber bottom, and very comfortable to walk in.Only problem I had was the zippers. The zippers were really hard to pull up and down. So I used a candle stick and rubbed it up and down on the zippers to help it zip more smoothly. Over time, when I "break in" the sandals, they will zip more smoothly, I hope. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the sandal *by K***Z on Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2013* It is a very nice sandal and it held up throughout the summer. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because there were no half sizes. I normally wear a 7.5 so I ordered a 7, hoping the materiel would stretch a bit. It did slightly and I am able to wear them comfortably. Since I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and these only run in whole sizes, I ordered a 9. They were surprisingly large, with almost an inch of extra toe space and the heel being a little floppy because of the extra room. I'm hoping the 8 isn't too small. Otherwise, they are very cute and seem to be well made.UPDATE: After exchanging for the smaller size, I love them even more! Definitely size down. The 8 fit more like an 8.5-9.
