Very difficult to contact and seem to fob off legitimate questions.
Having thoroughly researched, bought and assembled, I probably wouldn't purchase knowing what I know now. The product is OK 7/10, but the lack of being able to speak to someone with a few issues is exasperating. A big point for me was the Keno Map compatibility, however, that will not work with the LCX 800 without independently buying a USB dongle, there are hundreds available, some need drivers, some are variants versions 3.0,4.0,5.0? I know from experience that often won't work on products, but I can't get an answer and there is nobody to speak to in Germany that will state what to purchase. The USB should come with the product! So the message is to purchase a cross-trainer from a different make with a UK office who can offer phone support. There were also a few bolts missing that make the product a bit mehhh and flimsy. Again, nobody to quickly resolve the issue. The direct Sportstec website is in German that only partly translates, there is no phone number just forms that don't get replied to.

Great product for Home Gym
I am a big fan of cross-trainers and have used many different models. This one didn't disappoint. It has a very robust frame and a smooth action when using it. The assembly was straight forward and took about an hour to complete. I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself but my whole family are using it now. Really good investment and a lot cheaper than annual gym membership. Would recommend this to anyone who does regular cardio in their health and fitness routines.

Watch the video for installation
It was very difficult to remove from the packaging, especially as clearly advise to try to keep the packaging -in case you need to return. Once out of the box, the video instructions are easy to follow.The bike is much bigger and seems heavier than anticipated. It is 80kg. But it works very well and absolutely easy to use.

Does not work
The item does not work. I have emailed the seller and written to them on Amazon, but they do not reply either.
