Came broken
The pitcher came broken. I ordered it because it was the last one and I needed it now. Now I have to wait to the end of the month to get another one and hopefully they'll come back in stock!! it's ridiculous they did not Mark it fragile or anyting!! It is a beautiful pitcher though.

Cracked through entire back
So disappointed that it arrived with a crack through the entire back of the pitcher. Most likely because it was packaged so poorly, even before I unwrapped it I said, "I hope it's not broken" and it was.

arrived very broken. replacement was promptly sent. it was brokener. too bad. its a cute summery kitchen look.
