I wanted to say again that this product is awesome!! I don’t know how I am the only person that has found it.Let me start by saying that I work for a mid/large law firm and our organization has offices in multiple states. Part of my job in IT is inventory tracking. This used to be a big issue but lately it’s become almost impossible.Recently, our inventory process changed and now I have to track inventory down to keyboards and mice, unless you want to take every keyboard you come across and flip it over to record the serial numbers, I suggest you purchase this device. This product is a huge help to me here.I have tested several barcode/QR code scanners, and they are not all equal. It is one will get super small QR codes to read where the others just fail.Our office mounts monitor onto stands and with this scanner it’s a breeze to record information. My old option was to remove those monitors or use my phone to snap pictures that to be honest were sometimes blurry and unreadable.... not to mention that if I did get a good image, I had to retype the information!What I do is sync the scanner to my iPhone, open the notepad app and using a simple template, click in the appropriate spot and scan, later I send these notes to my pc and cut and paste the serial number in.My overall plan is to mail this device to my poc’s in the other offices and have them provide the information for their office as I do by syncing and scanning. This is going to save us so much time and effort and make the whole process more streamlined.You can see from my pictures that it is well made and fits nicely into my hand, the charging port have a nice cover attached.I have included a pic of one of the QR codes I have to scan, it’s hard for the camera on my phone to capture it, but the scanner has no issues!When I first got the scanner I had some issues syncing it, but the customer service provided was awesome... they actually contacted me soon after I ordered the scanner and before I had received it. Any questions you have they will politely and quickly answer them.Lastly I wanted to mention battery life, when you get the scanner it comes with code for setting up sleep timers and sounds along with other settings. I turned off the sleep timer and left for the day and when I came back it was still at 90% charge... I have used it for a week and haven’t charged it yet, oh and it was fully charged when I received it.I think this is a great product and I think if like me you need to use it for inventory or another issue you cant go wrong with this scanner!
