I finally installed a new headlight bulb from this set after using similar led replacement bulbs in my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I have been using the led bulbs for the last 4 years and find they are little longer than halogen bulbs and also are lot brighter in my Sonata's projector beam housings. They last about 18 months for me before some of the diodes start to flicker and eventually burn out, especially on my driver's side where the headlight is close to the battery. I wonder if there is more heat build up be cause of this. Still worth it for the overall better visibility for sure.

TL;DR: The install was easy once the taillight was off. Bulbs fit tight, light up instantly, and stay consistent. No flicker, no codes, just solid brightness for a fair price. Getting these installed was simple once I got past the annoying part, removing the tail light housing on my Elantra. Once that was off, the bulbs clicked right in without any struggle. It was a clean fit. I’d rate them a solid 5 out of 5 compared to my stock bulbs (why cause my stock bulbes blew 😂😂😞). No flickering, no warnings, no weird behavior, they just work. They’ve stayed consistent since I installed them, it feels like solid value. I didn’t have to deal with any cheap-feeling parts, and the overall setup gave me confidence they’ll hold up. If you’re swapping out old halogens, this set makes the upgrade feel worth it. Bright response, easy install, and zero hassle once they’re in. Worked as advertised and very bright (but not blinding). Be sure you have a car that can handle LED's as you may have to change out your older vehicle's flasher relay!

Head lighting was very bright but not blinding

I was very skeptical about this purchase. This is the first time ive dobe an LED convert without changing the housing. These bulbs are very bright. I used these in place of my P21 Regular buob on my motorcycle. The difference has been remarkable. I can't speak for longevity as I've only had it in for about a week now. The package comes with two bulbs. I suppose eventually if I remeber to update this, I will once the bulb finally dies.

I got these to use for the front running lights/turn signals on my VFR750. They're really freaking bright. I need to order another set to use for my brake/tail lights. Hopefully they hold up better than the Ruiandsion LEDs I just removed from the taillight. Most of the SMDs had failed. Those are less than 5 years old and I didn't do a whole lot of miles in that time.

I attempted to use these bulbs in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata to replace the brake lights. My existing brake lights are dual stage (meaning they serve as both a low level illuminated tail light when the headlights are on and also a brighter illuminated brake light when the brakes are depressed). After installing these bulbs and testing them, I first noticed that the fit was not exact. I had to work pretty hard to get them to screw into the terminals. Once in, however, they did appear to work fine at first. With my headlights turned on they illuminated my tail lights at a low level consistent with how they were supposed to respond. When I depressed the brake pedal they illuminated brighter, consistent with how they should respond. Fast forward a few days later and I was driving home one evening with my lights on and I noticed in the reflection of the car behind me that my brake lights seemed to be not noticeable. I inlisted the help of a friend later and I confirmed my worst fear. The lights had become "stuck" in a single stage of illumination, and so when my headlights and tail lights were on they did NOT light up any brighter when the brake pedal was depressed. I was shocked! I basically had no brake lights at night (except for my third brake light up top). The next morning, it seemed to "revert back" to its normal operation though. Quite puzzling. I gave it one last shot and that next night it started working normally at first, but after a while of driving, I again checked and found that the brake lights were not illuminating again. Enough was enough. I was done experimenting with my safety. These bulbs are gone and replaced with a different brand that is working much more reliably. I need brake lights I can rely on working 100% of the time. BUYER BE WARE - these things are dangerous!

i dont know how this item is getting so many good reviews but, this product is very dim when i installed them. right side flashes fine but the other doesnt
