Julius-K916IDC-M-R-2015, IDC Color & Gray Belt Harness for Dogs, Size: Mini, Red-Gray

This harness is great for our bulldog. I love the wide straps, they are sturdier than the narrow ones we had before. I got the size 2 based on size chart. He was right in the middle of the two sizes. I should have gone down a size, there is lots of room left. We customized his harness with Velcro labels. Only concern I have is how bulky the clasp is. It hits him just under his belly and I worry it would hurt when he sleeps on it. He gets it on all day several times a week when he is at a doggy daycamp.

This harness is great! It goes on super easy...over the head, under the belly, snap! My weimer is often wiggly during harnessing as she knows it means we may meet new people, so this takes just seconds to secure. It has a sturdy material, but it's soft and flexible enough to move with her when she's running around or sitting/laying and being more folded up. Easily adjustable on chest front and behind front legs. Can literally fold this up and put in a pocket or small purse when not in use. I really like the handle on the top for a quick grab of the pup to keep her close.

If I could give negative stars I would. LOVE Julius K9, however this style of harness is harmful. My XL GSD has a semi curved back, plus he’s very thin, this harness caused such extreme chafing, and sores, and scabbing on his back after just one hike. The seller also would not respond to me after 2 contact attempts.

Love my Julius K9 Harness, all i use. Love they are tested and are easily used to hook up in the car with a seatbelt attachment. Love how you can put your name and phone number in clear site in case your dog takes off. Have used these harness's now for a few years, Each dog has a belt one and a regular one :-) ...

Loved the harness but unfortunately the stitching is very poorly made that the left side tore right up. Wouldn’t recommend I’ve already emailed company and no response.

Julius K-9 never disappoints! This was the second harness for my female bulldog after she outgrew the first one. I will never purchase another harness or collar. I love how it takes the pressure off her neck and it’s puts it on her shoulders. Perfect for bulldogs

I have always had the regular Julius harness for my 17kg staffy which I still have but due to the hot (brief) summer, saw this lighter harness and thought I would try it out!Due to regular water encounters while out walking this is a better option for her plus it is cooler (I assume 🤔) .It still has the Velcro sides which you can change. The handle at the top is also Velcro and not the button type like on the original harness but it still does the job when grabbing it!!I have the dark pink colour and hope they bring out more colour options. I have not tried washing it but appears fine when she has been in the dams and rivers!I would definitely recommend 🤗👍

Sent the first one back as was too big, going by the K 9 website sizing, then ordered a new one a size down and got a tool belt, this doesn’t fit the dog either

Top product as always from Julius. This is our 3rd harness from them. We had a smaller one when he was a small puppy and he outgrew that and we also have a power harness. It’s the best harness out there and being only 10 months and 35kgs we needed something strong and reliable. This delivered so much so that we have got him the belt harness to use in addition to the other one. The belt harness provides great control without making Dozer feel restricted. The power harness is also fantastic and has attachments so he can carry his own bowl and poo bags and even a space for a flashlight so my wife loves it as she feels safer at night and it’s also great for when we go longer walks or out for the day. The belt harness gives us a lighter option for him for when going his regular walks and is also great when we have him on his training line as he feels like he is off the lead as the belt harness is so Lightweight.

This is the first BELT harness that I’ve bought from Julius K9 having bought many IDC Harnesses in the past I thought that I’d give this lighter weight option a try and am pleased that I did.This harness dries out quicker than the usual IDC harness as it has none of the padding. It’s also lighter in weight so my dog isn’t as aware of it as much and I’m even tempted to say that it fits her slightly better too.My only concern would be the slightly less robust metal loop and the amount of material that it’s held on with as it looks half as strong as her old IDC harness but I guess that time will tell.

Great sturdy little harness.I like that there is very little harness that can rub against my dog as she is a single coat breed and doesn’t have a thick coat to start with.I also like that it is just a belt so very quick to dry & easy to clean. Keeps my dog cool in the summer months compared to the normal julius harness.
