top of the line excellent paper... one of my favorites-- no complaints about it at all..

It's wonderful paper but because it shiped in a plastic bag one corner is bent. It is not extremely bad, it depends on how one plans to use the paper as to whether it will affect the final result. Since this is a pad, not a block of paper, i will be taping the edges down anyway so it shouldn’t matter. I prefer the bright white paper instead of the natural, but this is probably better for the environment. It arrived within two days which is great ( i had ordered paper from Blick which turned out to be back ordered for a month- which they did not show until after I paid 78 dollars ! I needed sone good paper quickly and at a decent price. ( I could not have gotten this same paper at Blick for the same price - because I would have had to pay for shipping, which I did not with Amazon since I am a Prime member.

This is my first experience doing a watercolor painting on Saunders Waterford paper but I am Loving it! I've previously used Fabriano, Strathmore, Arches, and Stone Henge (all great papers) which I'll also continue to use but I found the texture and absorbency of the Waterford paper to be very nice and slightly different. I believe this will become one of my "go to" papers for many paintings in the future. I've also experimented briefly with both graphite and colored pencils and it seemed to take them well...I'm anxious to try some drawings once my painting is finished.

Terrible. my cheap Micheal's craft store paper is better. I'm not even sure what I rec'd is actually Saunders. if so, I'll never understand how people like this vs Arches.

This is a good watercolor paper. It is very expensive. It has nice absorption but mistakes are not easily removed.

Good quality absorbent cotton paper.

Everyone loves Arches...I love this paper. I think it is a million times more workable & durable. It works beautifully with water & pigments...such a joy to use.

This paper is not cheap and arrived damaged

Papier agréable à travailler. Le grain est moins fin que je ne pensais. Les aplats de couleur ne sont pas évidents à rendre homogènes et la mise en eau doit être bien contrôlée pour qu'il n'y ait pas de zones un peu délavées. Il est difficile de repasser après deux couches de pigments. Top qualité de papier malgré ces quelques réserves.

Carta cotone satinata. Marca eccellente La satinata è consigliata per un acquerello preciso, realistico. Adatta per disegno botanico, ritratti. Ha un' assorbenza media, il colore non verrà espanso, hai pochi minuti per lavarci ed è difficile poi togliere il colore una volta asciutto. Non pensate che mettergli acqua pulita sopra il colore e usare un pennello asciutto possa schiarire o creare una lumeggiatura. La carta satinata è una carta particolare, a volte difficile da gestire, ma ha una resa fantastica Per chi volesse invece avvicinarsi al d. botanico o preciso ma ancora usando molta acqua, può prendere la linea fine. Anche con i fogli a tramatura fine si hanno degli ottimi risultati per chi cerca il realismo
