I like this zest. Several months ago I ordered orange zest. Dud’s like it. It came in a big chunks. Grey color. A little smell. It seems like it was over dried. This one I got is great. Chunks are barely noticeable. Bright yellow color. And smell is so delicious. My baking pie was very good.

Since I can't eat oranges due a medical condition, I had to use dried orange peel zest. I use a lot with my baking and wanted to keep some for inventory. I used some and the orangy smell came out wonderfully. Now I know where to get my zests. It's worth keeping in your pantry.

Pretty fresh and taste good. Would have liked it a little more fine, like a powder.

I put 1 tbsp in my muffin mix and 1 tbsp in the frosting. No orange flavor at all.

This isnot available in my grocery store - only in small jars and expensive. This will be great for the bread loaves I bake.

I added the orange peel to cakes and cookies. It added a good flavor without an artificial taste. I highly recommend this.
