Excellent quality! Tastes like fresh juice squeezed from a yuzu lemon, a bit tart, but not particularly sweet, with notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit. Perfect for any cocktails that call for lemon or lime juice!

Since lemon and lime irritates my eyes, I searched for an alternative and discovered Yuzu. I now use this to bake with and in chicken marinades. It gives foods a more subtle flavor than lemon or limes. It is a bit pricey but well worth it for me. I think I am on my 4th bottle.

4 stars because I’m tired of them raising prices when I start buying more.

I have tried to cut corners by buying other brands of yuzu extract because this is on the expensive side, but dang it I've been let down every time except for this brand. It is by far and away the best flavor profile.
