I have been wanting one of these heaters for my bedroom for years now. I have hesitated because some of the reviews weren't very positive, but I bought it anyway and I couldn't be happier. Our master bedroom isn't very large but it stays very cold in the winter even though we keep our heater in the house on. The heater is beautiful, looks great in my room, and puts out just enough heat to keep us warm. I love that it cuts off automatically when the room reaches a certain temperature so its not constantly running. I would definately recommend this heater to anyone needing to heat a small room.

I love the stove as it takes the chill out of the room!!! It's cute and adorable and calming! I have only great things to say about the customer service! I received this shortly before Christmas. It’s user friendly and easy to move between rooms. The remote works well. It's good for warming up a small area, and I love the ambiance it provides even when I don’t need the heat. Thanks to Rainy for his fast response to my inquiry!

I was very disappointed that my measurements were wrong and this heater didn't fit in the shelving unit I used for the last one. As mentioned in another review, the screws for the feet of the unit were too big for the pte-drilled holes, so I used cinder blocks to avoid setting the unit on the carpet. Other than that, set up was very easy. The remote uses 2 each aaa batteries making it a simple change when necessary. The directions are concise and straight forward. The blower works well and I feel the heat 15 feet away. Very happy with performance so far, even though it's only been a couple of hours.

I bought this fireplace couple months ago. I took it out of the box and noticed that the legs it had did not belong to this fireplace. I got in touch with the seller, and without any hesitation, they took care of my problem!! I LOVE this fireplace, warms up my room pretty fast, and looks beautiful!! Great customer service, I highly recommend!

Adds comfort to room. Having some difficulty getting hwar to turn off at desired temperature. I t could be the room hasn't reached the set temperature.

I bought this heater for my Livingroom. It's not from Amazon and it died in three days. It was a lot of money and amazon doesn't help with the return or the warranty. It's not a good product. THEN....the company itself contacted me about the heater. They sent us a new heater and it is working well. Amazon wanted us to return the heater, but the problem was the box it was shipped in was huge, and we had no reason to store it and I had no idea how to return it. So Heao is a great company to work with. I love Amazon but I was disappointed in our treatment with this item.

It broke in four months it took me 3 months to get a supervisor and someone to help me to try and get my money back they told me it was out of warranty I paid 250.00 for this junk and after 3 months a supervisor gave me back half or not even half of what I paid in a gift card to spend on Amazon so disappointing I will never buy an electronic anything on Amazon again
