Handy appetizer to have on hand. You can simply add some lemon juice and a-bit of salt and serve as a dip or add tahini. SO much easier than roasting a whole eggplant etc and it tastes exactly the same if not better

I eat this plain or mixed with Bruchetta or garlic .

The lids didn't pop when I opened them. The product had a greyish appearance on top and didn't smell as I expected. A very slight sulfur smell was present. I had to toss the whole thing. Unfortunately, there's no return or refund for these.

So happy to see this on Amazon instead of having to go to a specialty store. Same quality as in store. Honestly this stuff is delicious- great quality roasted eggplant. I just add in some fresh garlic and it’s perfect.

the time i saved making roasted eggplant was precious. in case you've never roasted them it is time intensive and messy. This product was delicious and i couldn't tell the difference from homemade

I love this dip - I mix it with Tahini and it is so delicious. I wish it is sold individual jars and not (2) - I'll have these for awhile now.

This stuff tastes so good I use it in things like a nice spread to use on sandwiches.

Used it to make baby ganoush quickly. The eggplant is the perfect consistency for it.
