This has been the best resource I've found for our kids with ADHD
This has been the best resource I've found for our kids with ADHD. It's practical, and delivered in a very organized manner for parents who may struggle with organization themselves. It's a great resource for anyone who can use some help with executive function skills! Additionally, it's a super quick and easy read.

Perfect for any child not just ASD
Just what I needed to help my 8yr old son learn to be responsible for his own actions. When i saw her in person the thing that stuck with me the most is that he is using me as his external executive functioner, and it's my job to teach him to learn how to process that information on his own.

Avoid Kindle version!
I bought the kindle version. It seemed like a good book... but unfortunately there are many formatting errors. Many of the words did not have spaces between them, making the book unreadable. I had to get a refund. Bummer!

Not for Kindle
I ordered the kindle version and it is unreadable. The words are smashed together making it incredibly difficult to read fluently. Additionally the zoom features are not appropriate for the kindle. If this is a book that will improve your professional practices, be sure to order the paperback.

A Must Have for ALL Teachers
A few years ago, my district had Patricia out to train us on executive function skills. Her training and this book have been INVALUABLE to me as an educator and I think this book should be a must have for all teachers at the beginning of their careers. It has been a game changer in how I approach, teach, and reach learners in my classroom.
