Second night had the same results - slept like a baby
It's allergy season where I live. Every one's coughing from post-nasal drip.This came at night, so I used it for about 10 minutes while I read before sleeping. Didn't wake up coughing once. Noticed the next day my eyes were not itchy at all. Second night had the same results - slept like a baby! I do cough for a minute right after using it, but then it's gone. So, every night, and leaving it next to my computer so I use it for short periods through out the day, maybe 20 min. total - amazing!

USED AND DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!
DISGUSTING!! I didn't want to give it ANY stars, but had to. This inhaler came USED with crusty mouth leftovers on the mouth piece and hand markings on the body (as if they were eating something with their hands while using this). The emblem on the back side was scratched and theres defective markings in the ceramic. Upon arrival the box looked obviously used, no instructions, no bags of salt because the salt was already in the dirty inhaler.

I have never used a salt inhaler before so I can't compare it to other products, however I am happy with my purchase. It's a comfortable size and weight so you don't get worn out using it. It also has a really great design that makes it easy and comfortable to hold. I can taste the salt so I know it works.

This salt is great for inhalation therapy.
This works with the Himalayan Salt Inhalation pipe, and has just been wonderful for me. I recommend everyone with asthma and other respiratory problems to try it.

Great little salt pipe!
I found out about salt pipes after my allergies and asthma started acting up again after a hiatus of 15 years. I ordered this pipe and have been using it off and on for about a month. Works well and is easy for me to prop on my chest and breathe in through as I watch TV or read. I feel like it's helped my symptoms and kept me off the medications that I'd normally use.

Somewhat helpful
I have asthma pretty bad, so from my experience, I wouldn't recommend it to replace a rescue inhaler by any means, but as far as helping thru light episodes, I did find it effective.

I like this extremely well
I like this extremely well. In fact, I took mine to my 87 year old mother to try for her COPD and she took over mine. I had to by myself another one to replace it. She also loved it so much, she bought one for her Sister, who also suffers from breathing disorders, for Christmas. I definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to improve their breathing and get a better nights sleep.
