These have a good level of vitamin d and they are not sticky, also they are a good value for money. The ingredients are good and my energy level has been good. The dosage is perfect.

Never knew I lacked Vitamin D, maybe because I’m young I never cared. But my older self will appreciate this. I don’t really like taking tablets so this gummy alternative is awesome! I take a vitamin C chewable along with two of these gummies daily. One thing I’d like to note is it says no food or water needed but your body needs fat to properly absorb vitamin D. Just make you take these gummies or any vitamin D supplement with a meal that has a bit of fat in it.
