This miniature camera makes surprisingly clear and sharp video. Thanks to its new 3megapixel comes sensor and bright lens it does not blur the picture even at high speeds in the dark. With HD image processing, it handles well hard light, conserving details both in bright and dark areas. The microphone can capture everything what the driver hears, even people speaking at the back seat. Dr. 2100 neatly mounts on the windshield with conventional suction cup mounting bracket. If you don’t want to mount it on the windshield, you can place Dr. 2100 upside down on the dashboard — it can rotate the picture if needed. The mount is equipped with rotating shaft so the camera can be quickly turned backwards or to the side should you need to record something not directly in front of your vehicle. You can also quickly detach it from the mount by simply pulling it sideways — this is useful to conceal your camera when you leave the vehicle in the public parking to prevent possible breaking and theft. With loop recording, the memory card will never get full. Once all available capacity of the memory card is used, Dr. 2100 starts to overwrite the oldest segments to place most recent video. This means that you will always have the most recent video without a need to manually clean the memory card. Its built-in shock sensor can detect impacts, hard breaking or rapid acceleration to lock current segment. Locked segments never get overwritten so the evidence will stay on your memory card even if you continue driving for a long period of time. Dr. 2100 equipped both with HDMI and ad out ports so you can connect it directly to your to watch your ride in stunning full HD on the big screen. Dr. 2100 can also be used as photo camera. If you don’t have a camera with you and you need to take a photo, for example, after a crash — use your Dr. 2100 dash cam to take the pictures directly at the scene. Note that photos are never being overwritten by newer video segments.
