A little disappointed. I wanted a compact scrubber for travel. This item is compact, but it did not lather at all. I usually use a regular puffy mesh scrubber that you can buy anywhere for a couple of dollars. With this scrubber, I was using twice as much liquid body soap (B&BW) and getting very little lather. It does provide good scrubbing motion so if you really want vigorous exfoliation, it might be right for you.

The bristles of this brush are quite soft and not too abrasive, but still give the sense that it's helping to exfoliate. The brush also holds my body soap fairly well with a good lather.
