It is chewy, can be sticky at times but a great protein snack! There is sugar, so if you are cutting sugar, this is not the item for you. Make sure to select this product to be packaged otherwise they will slap a mailing label on the bag and ship it as seen in the product image. I ended up throwing that away since I noticed holes in the package. Once you select for it to be shipped in a package no worries and absolutely delicious!
