Agfabric 40% Sunblock Shade Cloth Cover with Clips for Plants 6.5’ X 20’, Black

The shade fabric works well and has been durable in very windy Spring conditions. The fabric helped protect immature plants early in the season, almost lost a couple plants to the intense SW Desert Sun.The only challenge I've had is securing the fabric to fiberglas poles covering the garden. This is no fault of the fabric, just skinny poles and oversize clips that required folding a few layers of the fabric at the poles to allow the clips to work. Again, the fabric is durable and the folding, clipping and windy conditions did not affect the fabric. Good stuff!

I just got and installed my shade cloth. (It was NOT the option that came with grommets. ) It came with 12 clips - which were worthless for my situation. I cut the cloth to length and draped it over a 3/4" PVC frame. The clips are very small - good for going over wire? I tried to just clip them over the fabric to hold in it place and could not get that to happen, even using pliers to close them. No go. So I used the kind of twisty wires you get on a loaf of bread. Worked great! It's too late in the season to save my plants (in a heat wave in Texas) but I wanted to see how the plants respond to the shade. I'll start earlier in the season next year. I'm pleased with the amount of shade the fabric provides but wish the clips were better.

Working great over my garden box. Easy to attach to PVC frame with clips. Very durable and does not fray at the cut edges.

I liked the clips that come with it. I don't have any complaints. This is what I needed to protect my cactus from the excessive sun and heat here during the day.

The short ends are raggedy, I’m worried about bits pulling off and staying in the garden. Nice long edges though.
