Thick & Sturdy
Nice, sturdy rope, perfect for tricep workouts. I used a pulley and a rope to make my own tricep pushdown equipment. I attached this rope to one end, ran the rope through a pulley attached to the ceiling, and I attached a dumbbell to the other end.

This is a very substantial product, nice and hefty. The rope section is thick and strong while the end caps are large and help prevent your hands from slipping off the ends. I would highly recommend this product. In a world where consumer products can run on the cheap side, this is a very pleasant surprise. The price is also highly acceptable.

This gives you a gym quality workout if you have the right equipment to use it with. I'm using mine with a bowflex Xceed. Works great with any angle i need it to.
