10 out of 10 Do not recommend
This device said its unlocked for At&t and T-mobil. I tried to connect under both and it is in fact not unlocked. I did a return on the 6th, dropped it off on the 8th, they received it on the 10th. Supposedly my refund was to be done by the 15th, now its saying the 18th. Im very unimpressed with the whole situation....just give me my money back already.

This phone is a great choice for a middle schooler or high schooler. Combine it with FamilyLink parental controls. I will admit that it lasted 100% until my lovely daughter dropped it in the toilet. So ... not water resistant, or yuck resistant lol...

Phone Didn't Work
I can't give this item less than 1 star but would. Unable to provide a review due to it being totally defective. Took the phone to T-Mobile and discovered it wouldn't recognize a sim card and that rendered it unusable. Due to time constraints we had to purchase a new phone at a much higher cost. On the bright side, I returned the phone and was refunded immediately with no issues.

Pare che funzioni tutto ...meglio sarà quando passeranno dei giorni. Comunque credo che funzionerà bene . Non un graffio! Neppure uno lievissimo! Per essere ricondizionato, per me è super nuovo!!! 16.12.2023 sono passati 493 giorni e funziona ancora benissimo... ottimo acquisto!!! Alla data di oggi 16.07.2024 funziona a meraviglia ottimo acquisto.
