2nd photo shows how long & thick one pad is, fully unfolded its appx the size [long] as the container it comes it. Has wings and isnt the largest option, but also is not the smallest option. Fantastic for me with a pretty heavy flow, with my first "real" cycle returning after a baby while I use it alongside the other method for double protection Great value , works as good as brand names. I'd repurchase these or other sizes as needed. No need to spend even MORE when you could get these & they provided me enough protection used doing the "double" method.
