A few years ago, I switched from 1,000 IU to 5,000 IU when my supply ran out and the 5,000 IU as a review product was available. Shortly after taking the 5,000 IU, I experienced lightheadedness. I switched taking the capsule from morning to before I went to bed, no more lightheadedness. There is a bit of a problem that scenario, I had put a symptom to sleep not eliminated it. If you ask me if I felt a difference, a positive difference, in taking a higher dosage, I will say yes, and my physicians were okay. This was a brand I liked to purchase when my supply recently became low. When the product arrived, sticking with 5,000 IU, the expiration date would expire before I finished the capsules. Medical workers were divided whether I should toss or keep the pills. Here I am, another brand, 2,000 IU, 5,000 IU, and 10,000 IU. I went with the 2,000 IU this time. The expiration date is three years in the future, so I'm good. Extra added ingredients, sunflower oil and beef gelatin, I'm not sure how vegans feel about that.

They are vitamins so not much to say. The pills are larger than other Vitamin D soft gels I have taken but not by much. I would purchase again. Good value for the money. Cheaper than buying them from the drugstore.

This is a simple and effective product. I have been taking it for over 2 weeks now and immediately noticed a difference. I ordered this with A K, and E vitamins as well. This was based on suggestion in a Dave Asprey book and it made a huge difference with my weight and overall health.
