Bought this item but quality wasn’t good and I tried returning. There is no pick up, it’s a self return. It took more than 3 days for the seller to update the shipping status which delayed my return.

This luggage are very poorly made, don't buy them!!!!The zippers inside the luggage broke right away, luggage made out of thin plastic that easily bends and breaks within one time of using it. If you want a better quality, I suggest you look into the brand that Amazon makes. The seller was notified about the poor quality of the luggage but dismissed and no customer care was offered. Do not buy these luggages unless you would like to throw your money away.Rather spend more on the luggage that will be used for a longer period.
