Vacmaster Professional VDK611PF 0201 6 Gal Wet/Dry Vac Self-Cleaning Filter

This Vac has saved my life in cleaning up messes around the house. But my observation is more of the fact of how much dust and soot are found. The replacement bags I bought aren't as tough as the one it came with, the first replacement bag tore at the neck on first use. I try to reused the bags until they can't be used any longer. The original lasted a few months. Great vac, powerful and the long hose is nice. The electrical cord could be a bit longer but not a big deal. Everyone should own one of these as standard vacs don't do the job. Buy it.

This vacuum has performed well so far. We have had it for a few months now. It has good suction and air volume. Maybe a little much if you are connecting it to a drywall sander, but awesome for cleaning. This is the second VAC Master I've used and both have been similar size and performed well.

I'm 61 years old, and this is probably the best shop vac I've ever had. It has simply great suction, it's incredibly quiet for a shop vac, comes with pretty much all the attachments you need. For the price I really don't see another one being better, unless you want something bigger. Awesome suction, good width of hose - I sucked up one of those catnip mice by accident and it didn't flinch, just sucked it up into the canister lol. No complaints at all with this, I got the 6 gallon one, perfect size for me. Big but not too big. Handles easily around the house.

Worked like a vacuum should, so I can’t knock it too hard. I needed the blower function on it and it just didn’t have the power I needed. If you need a shop vac though, this is great.

I did a lot of research before actually buying a wet/dry vac. This one was perfect. So easy to use and it has a great length of cord and the wheels make it so easy to move. And so many attachments for everything! Works great! I love this! So easy to use!! Really surprised how great this works. Def worth the money!! Have used several times and was so easy to use!! Would definitely recommend. It's built well and does not feel cheap!!

Nice medium size wet/dry vacuum. Excellent suction and easy to roll around in the basement. Not too heavy and nice long hose. Handy attachment caddy on the wheel base.

This thing is great if you have pets and/or live in foresty areas. I’ll get to that in a second. Pros: it’s lightweight and easy to assemble; it has great suction and isn’t overwhelmingly heavy duty (I’m a first time shop vac owner), I’d say worth the money. Cons: wish the cord was a tad longer; wish there was a better attachment for the carpet. Real-life application: We constantly have leaves, pine needles, dirt remnants/ mud in winter, etc around the house even though we take off our shoes as soon as we get inside. Plus the cat hair! The cat hair that crosses the hardwood floors like tumbleweeds crossing the desert plain haha and the guinea pig hay that inevitably gets on the floor… anyway, as you can see, it stresses me out! This vacuum solved it all! It even helped with cleaning the lint trap! However, it did suck up a sock, a washcloth, and an undetermined amount of cat toys. Do use caution.

After a few uses — this is already broken. Can’t believe I bought this. Do not buy it. I’m trying to get refunded but can’t reach the seller.
